It's not a bug. It's how PLDT market their "speed". First 40MB to 60MB of your download, you will get around 50Mbps to 100Mbps, then the remaining of the speed is only 40% of your ρáíd speed. Mine is 25Mbps but I only get 8Mbps continuous speed after I hit the 50MB download size of any file.

Nakatry nako ako nyan sa Leyte area ko, GS50 ko is 3.3GB (1.3GB for data, 2GB for YøùTùbé/Anong app gusto mo; may choices). Pero pagdating ko ng Cebu, nawala na yong 2GB pagregister ko ng GS50. Naging 1.3GB nalang. Ewan ko kung area. Same sim lang gamit ko.
