Bong Go drops VP bid to run for president in 2022 - CNN Philippines

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 13)— Senator Bong Go is dropping out of the vice presidential race and will instead seek the country's highest post in the 2022 polls.

Go on Saturday withdrew his bid for the vice presidency under PDP-Laban and subsequently filed his candidacy for president under the Pederalismo ng Dugong Dakilang Samahan (PDDS).

PDDS is an allied party of the PDP-Laban faction headed by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi.

True, it's so disappointing. But needless to say, the power remains with the people. Actually kahit sino leader natin as long as the people strive to be the best they can be, our country will see it's glory. Filipinos by far is one if not the most formidable type of individual. Formidable in a way that we are able to adopt to a lot of things than most if not all of other races.

The government only tends to poor people, private wealthy or well off citizens always get their way around the system. So with or without these elections, the nation heavily relies on the quality of its citizens and not accdg to those in the seat of power.

just as leaders lead because they have a group to handle, so do followers are very much able to inherit the privilege to be a leader, atleast in this fiasco of democratic government.

people ought to want to be a success not the government making them become a success
