Kung ako ang tatanungin base sa titulo, related yan sa transition/evolution ng philippine government after the 2nd century (do the math) from Joseph Estrada to present. Isama mo na rin yung past, up to effects and changes after EDSA Revolution for comparison.
Ilagay mo lang yung good and bad legacies ng mga namuno up to present pati sa Senate, Congress, atbp. Bawat taon, may nag-stand-out na issues sa bansa. Dyan ka mag-focus and review it to the end during DU30's term. Just stick to the proven facts and that's it.
