So here's the tutorial:
1. Lagyan ng ibang sim like (Globe/TM)
2. Open your wifi then connect mo sa phone mo or pc.
3. Open browser then type this: 192.168.1.1
4. Login mo kung hinihingian ka password. Usually nyan ay "smartbro"
5. Go to Internet > MEP Settings
6. Input this unlocker code "@2N@t1Tr3"
7. Click unlock.

The router will restart then you're good to go.
babalik ang wifi password nyan sa smartbro.
configure mo na lang ulit.
hit like if working.

Salamat ng marami lods. 2020 still up. naka v13 yung nabarter kong FX PR3L. After downgrading gamit ang file na galing sayo, successfully openlined.
