Help po newbie sa programming

Magandang araw phCorner!!!
I'm a college student and together with my team we were tasked to develop a mobile application and a prototype product. However our college course is not really for computer development like (Computer Engineering, IT and ComSci). We don't have technical experience to create mobile application.

Our task is to create a Student Monitoring where students will input their rfid and fingerprint before joining the class. The application will hold the records of the student. My question is what are the steps for us to follow in order to develop a functional mobile application?. Medyo magulo po kasi eeeeh



We already watch YøùTùbé videos and google search like we know the terms of Arduino Studio, mySQL, Kotlin, AMazon Web Services. But we need your opinions because you may have already knowledge about this.

Kung hindi sana kayo inutusan gumawa talaga ng mobile app may iba pa sanang way na mas madali,
Kung ako sana is I'd use Arduino, distribute the RFID card/keychain to every single student at connect ang database ng students to Arduino (di pa ako tapos sa basics sa Arduino pero dati pa to pumasok sa isip ko)

Since meron sa Shopee na Fingerprint module at maraming unique RFID, yun lang opinion ko in the other side

Nakacode ang RFID card/keychain na para lang talaga doon sa student nayun, naimagine ko na pwed siya ibind sa nakaPVC student ID para di talaga mawala, tas incase mawala ang RFID, pwed na ierase sa database ang specific rfid nayun at mapalitan ng bago

RFID/fingerprint module would be placed banda sa gate or kung saan man nababagay

ou po gagamit kami ng arduino since yun naman yung prototype product namin. Salamat po sa reply. Kaso lang kulelat kami sa programming hahahaha

Yun mga lang ako rin maraming idea pero busy ako tas minsan alang gama pero paborito ko pa nman programming ng arduino kasi nagagamit sa physical na bagay hehe
