Baidu Cloud ROM for CM GEM W370 (version 2)

Ported from the official Baidu ROM of ZTE U879
ROM version: 5.1/ROM 39

Added/Modified features:
*Deleted some apps since most are chinese and in my opinion have no significant use and just consume RAM space.
*Translated some apps to english (BaiduMusicPlayer.apk, BaiduGallery3D.apk, BaiduTheme.apk)
*Eliminated chinese characters in stock lockscreen.
*Added new option in Wireless and settings to edit APN
