Help Sawdust to tiles thesis

Hello po anopo pwede namin gamitin na glue po mixing a sawdust para maging tiles po. Naghahanap po kasi ng urea formaldehyde walapo kaming mahanap. Naghahanap po kami ng i mimix kung ano pwede para mapatibay. Para po kasi sa thesis po namin to thanks.

ano po sya yung sawdust gagawin tiles sana. kaso dinamin alam kung anong hahalo na glue or cement ba? para imix para makabuo ng tiles at matibay.

Anong use ba nang tiles na gagawin nyo? Kailangan ba water-proof, similar sa mga ceramic tiles? or as thermal insulation lang, like wood panels? If similar sa ceramic tiles, I would suggest using epoxy resin as binding agent, plus some binding agents used in prefab concrete fixtures, para pwede sya pakinisin. If as insulation lang, I would suggest thermoplastics as binding agent. They are now used as alternative for chemical binders, plus bonus points kapag recycled plastics ang gamit.

Para sa thesis po namin sya, dinapo kasi pwedi yung recycled plastic dahil it's already existed and instead of plastic we use sawdust, yung mixtures nyapo is white cement and glue and adding a water. Okay lang poba kaya yun? Parang ceramic tiles po sya, if we can add other mixture baka may ma issugest po kayo. And also if mag mimix po kame iilan percentage po ng sawdust and cement para imix?
