Sure na scammer yun kasi judging by the app name itself: Mt. Malasimbu that is located in Bataan kaya unless nagpakita siya ng proof (as in real resibo talaga na siya ang owner like DTI or screenshot ng mismong control panel ng IPTV) sureball na nagloloko siya ng tao.
EDIT: Also kung siya ang may ari ng IPTV or Cable TV provider, why is the chap even looking for freemiums on this forum site? and ok donations for those affected by the recent calamity kaso if that chap does not show any proof that majority of the donations go to their intended purpose naku sureball that he or she is a scammer.
