requirements:
no load needed
default apn only
ip must be 10.x.x.x or 100.123.x.x on/off data, look in ip widget if your ip address starting with 10. or 100.123
download and install proxifier and ip widget
check ip on widget

open postern and click proxy fill up this then hit save.
click sidebar then hit vpn on then you can see connected and try to browse in chrome.
