Stamina and technique. Dalasan mo yung pagbabike para lumakas resistensya mo, and to build those muscles. Set a goal kung ilang km/s week and kung anong time. Try going for longer distances/shorter times.

Find your comfortable cadence, tapos make sure yung gear ratio mo matches your preferred cadence pag paahon.

Make sure relaxed yung upper body mo, kasi kapag tense yon, mapapagod ka kaagad. One way to know na relaxed yung upper body mo kapag umaahon ka is kung kaya mong umahon gamit isang kamay lang.
 
Shift ka muna sa magaan na gear kung nahihirapan ka. Consistency training is the key with proper rest. Hindi lahat nag-uumpisa na malakas. Ganyan din ako noon laspag sa ahon ngayon petiks na lang maski mabigat na gear. Kung hirap ka talaga tumayo ka muna hehe

Build Endurance first, same in other endurance sport. kelangan 80% ng training mo is easy then 20% max/hard, iess burn out and avoid injuries. endurance also build not in an instant.

Hill repetitions, Find a shorter hill with a moderate gradient and practice cycling up it multiple times.

Core and leg strength exercises

Cadence practice, Interval training, Proper bike positioning
