Help APPLE ID DISABLED, CAN'T LOG OUT

is there any ways to fix my problem kse ung apple id ko na disabled so hndi ko sya ma i sign out or even password reset kse nag eerror na "not active ". i even called apple support and nothing happened
any suggestion po?
