Closed Converge Wifi

Need help about sa Converge Wifi , ni reset ko po kasi ung router then it says that im connected but no wifi connection , so nagbayad ako ng bill sabe after 1hour daw babalik pero 2 na ng mdaling araw wala paren hayss
