Safe yan, actually yang feature nayan is nasa android marshmallow yan dati yung lumalabas na "android is starting 0 out of 200 (etc) apps" parang ganon, iniba lang hindi na siya instant gaya dati na natitrigger agad pag boot ng rom. Nasa github ang full info.

try mo yung sdk platform tools gamitin sir download mo yung folder then sa loob ng folder shift+right click then "open command windows here"
