im back,

after suffering too much pain for more or less 7 years, and not knowing what was my pain is,
i have admitted last 2 weeks ago and been diagnosed and undergone a major surgery caused by gallstone...

just saying a piece of advice to us all, to please avoid a unhealthy lifestyle,
avoid eating unhealthy food, such as fatty foods for it is the primary caused by gallstone.
its hard to live life wherein you were considered as an incomplete, lots of "bawal",
hahai, buts still i am much thankful for the successful gallbladder removal of mine.

miss this group...

Congratulations sir. Hayayay.

thanks po sensei, lots of adjustment na talaga in terms sa foods, im hoping for you not to have gallstone...but still,do minimize eating fatty foods...

thanks po sa concern sensei PesteM DiabolicaE ,pero on duty na po ako 2 weeks after my surgery, as per advice by my doc,

also just to inform everyone that my surgery is "laparoscopic surgery", wherein it has a lesser pain and a much more less term of recovery, comparing to the open surgery that is much painful and long term recovery...

Good advice galing mismo sayo sir.
in addtion po sensei, wag tayo matakot mag unergo nang surgery by removing our gallstone kasi po painless xa if laparoscopic surgery ka po, also wag po tayo mag alala sa financial aspect kasi po may phil health nman po na tutulong,

my total bill is 35,000 and phil-health covered 31,500 pesos...well its a good news for us to not worry in financial issues...

I had my gallbladder remove years back. Since then, iwas na ako sa fatty foods. At first, ang hirap ng adjustment kasi nga food is life, kung ano pa yung masasarap yun pa yung bawal. Feel na feel mo talaga yung "so close yet so far ".
