Actually boss same Governement ID ang ginamit ko pang verify. I mean before kasi I have verified GCASH account and globe gamit ko but since nawala CP together with SIM e nagpalit ako ng provider which is yung GOMO. Na close naman yung account ko before and na transfer na din yung remaining balance from old account dito sa new account ko pero yung pag verify na lang ang hindi pa. Pag click mo ng verify now, may makikita ka notice na "upgrade in progress" pa din and almost a year na.I think it's not on the number or network of your sim but the ID or the KYC process. Mas mabilis kasi nila iverify pag government issued and ID. Yung isang gcash account ko nga, Dito pero ported na ngayon sa Globe, no problem naman sa GCash.
Nagawa ko na po yan at hindi iisang beses lang. tadtad na ng ticket number email ko and wala naman sila ginagawa kundi close lang yan ticket number kahit walang nangyari. kaya nagsawa na lang ako mag file ticket.Try to submit a ticket thru the app using your GOMO number.
