Pwede po ba mag torrent kapag naka unli data and naka bypass sa cap? If bawal, is there any way to bypass restrictions or not get detected?

4months na ako sa GOMO na nagto-torrent, so far wala naman akong napapansin na restrictions or SIM block. So I guess it's ok.
