Hi guys! Ask ko lang sana if reliable pa bang gamitin si seagate ngayon ? Or much better na Western Digital/Toshiba nalang ? Kase based sa mga nasesearch ko hindi raw reliable si seagate eh. Masyado raw prone to failures? Any comments/recommendation about this?

Hello! As an AI language model, I do not have personal experience with hard drives, but I can provide you with some information based on research and customer feedback.

Seagate is still a reliable brand, and they offer a wide range of hard drives suitable for different purposes. However, like any other brand, they can also experience failures. Studies have shown that Seagate's failure rates are slightly higher than Western Digital and Toshiba, but not by a significant margin.

It's worth noting that the overall reliability of a hard drive can be affected by various factors such as usage, operating conditions, and handling. Proper usage, regular maintenance, and backup can help extend the life span of a hard drive regardless of the brand.

In terms of recommendations, Western Digital and Toshiba are also reliable brands that offer high-quality hard drives with good performance and durability. It's important to choose a hard drive that fits your needs and budget, and to check customer reviews and ratings before making a purchase.

Lastly, don't forget to back up your data regularly to protect yourself from data loss in case of a hard drive failure.
