In my own experience, ang unblocking ay pwede lang sa mga na-block gamit ang TP20 promo. Nag-try ako sa iba kong sim na ginamitan ko ng WHATS10, hanggang ngayon blocked pa rin.
WHY TP20 only? Ang TP20 ay may kasamang unlimited data for FB & Messenger.

Important:
Sabihin lang na currently registered sa TP20 at nawala bigla ang data connection indicator at di na maka-access sa internet.
Be prepared when asked about
- sites and apps used (like facebook & messenger). Sabihin lang na nagbabad sa kapapanood ng videos sa fb at paggamit ng video call sa messenger. Gumamit din ng mga free sites tulad ng freebasics.com, freenet app, etc.
- Name (Don't give your complete name, nickname ok na).
- Last promo registered (sabihin TP20 lang).
- Last day of access.
- Location (Town, Province)
- Landmark (Tell them that you are approximately 20 meters away from the Municipal Hall)
- Mobile phone used.
- Signal on the phone (H+, 3G, 4G etc)
The technical assistant will ask you to wait and check your sim profile.
You'll be informed later that there's data misalignment on your sim.
The technical assistant will prepare a report and you'll be asked to wait for the reference number.
