slowly inhale for 10 seconds, after that hold it for 5 seconds and then slowly exhale for 15 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Proper breathing theraphy sa mga madalas dalawin ng anxiety o hindi agad makatulog sa gabi. Madalas ko gawin yan. thanks sa info
