Basic guide:

3. Paste one of your m3u url, and click "play", then wait till vlc playlist opens.
4. If link is alive, it will display a long list of channels, and will attempt to play the first live one from top to bottom. Click stop/play while selecting your preferred channel. Not all channels can be opened, so be patient.
The easiest way to get an iptv m3u list is thru google. Example, type "free iptv links", "free iptv m3u list", etc...Then click on the results. Usually, they are provided on a daily basis since links expire very easily. Para lang kayong nag-iupdate ng sh@dowsocks server sa free net he he.
Kung hirap ang net nyong magbukas nh HD streams, better find an iptv link with SD resolution - back to google ulit.
If you download an m3u file or any playlist file compatible with vlc, on the playlist screen as an example, right-click and select add file...and a new list will be added.

Sa mga free net users, better use direct or vpn with vlc for ease. Trial and error din kasi ako using proxy.
You can try by clicking tools/preferences/, scroll to the bottom then click"all", double-click "access modules", then click HTTP(S). On the right side, under HTTP Proxy just type your proxy and port like 127.0.0.1:8080 - baka sa old version ito.
Sa'kin, ang nag-work ay clicking tools/preferences/, then clicking "input/codecs" at the top, then under http proxy url, I typed You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Last resort is trying to proxify with Proxifier.
