JphGPT Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the JphGPT AI Chat Service ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Use of the Service
1. Personal Use Only: JphGPT is provided for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the Service is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
2. Content Guidelines: Users must not use the Service to generate or distribute content that is îllégâl, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or infringing on any third-party rights.
3. Privacy and Data Security
1. Data Collection: JphGPT may not collect and store user interactions, all of the messages are stored locally. User data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
4. Intellectual Property
1. Ownership: The Service, including but not limited to the underlying technology and content, is the intellectual property of OpenAI. Users do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.
2. Use of Output: Users may use the output generated by JphGPT for personal and non-commercial purposes. OpenAI retains the right to use aggregated and anonymized data for research and improvement purposes.
