Hi there! It sounds like you're looking for someone to create a rental management system for you. I'd be happy to help you with that!

To create a rental management system, you'll need to consider the following functionalities:

1. User Account Management:
- Create an account: Users should be able to sign up and create their own account.
- Delete an account: Users should have the option to delete their account if needed.
- Update account information: Users should be able to update their profile details.
- Edit account details: Users should have the ability to edit their account information.

2. Property Management:
- Display tenant information: You'll need to capture and store tenant details such as name, contact information, lease start/end dates, etc.
- Show available rooms: Provide a list of available rooms and their details, such as size, rental rates, and amenities.
- Generate reports: Generate reports for various aspects of the rental management system, such as occupancy rates, rental income, and maintenance requests.

3. Notifications:
- Send reminders: Implement a notification system to send reminders to tenants three days before their rent is due. This can be done via email, SMS, or push notifications.

4. Payment Integration:
- Accept payments via Gcash: Integrate Gcash or any other payment gateway of your choice to enable tenants to make their rental payments online. This will require implementing a secure payment gateway and handling transactions.

These are just the basic functionalities you'll need. Depending on your specific requirements, there may be additional features to consider.

If you're looking for a developer to implement this system for you, you can provide more details such as your preferred technology stack, budget, and timeline. This will help potential developers better understand your needs and provide you with appropriate solutions.
