Help Mga requirements sa pag eenroll?

Hello, bago lang po ako dito and wala nadin kasi ako mapagtanungan kaya po sana ay may makasagot sa mga tanong ko.

So way back 2021 nag enroll ako sa isang college school sa province namin(1st year) while nasa manila ako that time, kaso lang after ng ilang weeks ay nag decide ako na mag stop na lang muna(personal problem)and since pandemic that time at pahirapan sa pag biyahe ay di ko na nakuha yung mga pinasa ko na requirements dun sa school nayun, ang sinabi ko lang sa gc namin nun ay kung hanapin ako ng mga teachers namin ay pakisabi ay nag drop na ako. So this 2024 i decided na gusto ko ipagpatuloy yung studies ko, ang kaso lang ay pangatlong balik ko na dun sa dati kong school para kuhain nga yung mga requirements ko like form138(card),good moral at iba pang mga naipasa ko dati. Nung una ang sabi balik nalang next week, nung pangalawa balik nalang daw ulit and nung pangatlo ang sabi ay baka wala nadaw yung mga naipasa ko nayun. So parang nawalan ako ng gana nun that time like ang sabi ko sa sarili ko ay hindi na ba ako makakapag aral? Since kailangan ko yung mga requirements nayun sa bagong school na pag eenrollan ko. Plsss.. sana po ay may makatulong kung ano gagawin ko. May nabasa ako na mag request daw ng panibago kung saan ako grumaduate ng senior high like paanong "request"? Idc kung may bayad man yun o wala.

request ka ulit sa mga pinagkuhanan mo ng mga requirements mo dati. wag na dun sa pinagpasahan mo ng requirements na school. like sa senior high school mo. NSO, syempre may mga fees yun paps. no choice ka talaga jan kasi di mo na mababawi yung napasa mo dun sa pinagdrop outan mo.
