The rumors about the Urashima Tunnel had reached Kaoru Tono's ears. According to people, the tunnel was not bound by the laws of space and time. If anyone walked through it, they would find their heart's desire on the other side. However, the price of this was years of one's life. One night, Kaoru stumbled upon a tunnel which bore a striking resemblance to the one mentioned in the rumors. His thoughts wandered to his late sister Karen, who had passed away in an accident five years back.
Unexpectedly, Kaoru found that the new transfer student, Anzu Hanashiro, was tailing him. She was willing to aid him in his quest to unravel the mysterious tunnel but at what cost? What did she require from Kaoru in return? And how much would he be left with once the tunnel demanded its price?
