Meron talagang times na ma-stress tayo especially kung may maraming problema sa buhay.
I usually take a break, doing nothing, and having conversation with the Lord God like you are talking to your very close friend about how you feel, what burdens you, and what do you want to do about it. Expressing all your feelings about the things that troubles you and asking God to strengthen you in times of trouble.
"Do not worry about anything, but by everything through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God, and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus."
