If you linked a postpaid mobile number to your PayMaya account:

1. To recover your postpaid mobile number, call your mobile service provider and request for a new SIM.
2. Install your new SIM into your device.
3. Download the PayMaya app in your device.
4. Log into your PayMaya account using your mobile number and existing password.

If you linked a prepaid mobile number to your PayMaya account:

Retain the same prepaid mobile number.
1. To recover your prepaid mobile number, call your mobile service provider and request for a new SIM.
2. Install your new SIM into your device.
3. Download the PayMaya app in your device.
4. Log into your PayMaya account using your mobile number and existing password.

Change the mobile number linked to your PayMaya account:

1. Activate your new mobile number.
2. Call our customer service hotline at (632) 845 7788, toll-free 1 800 10 845 7788, or *788 using your Smart mobile number and request to change the mobile number linked to your PayMaya account.
3. Download the PayMaya app in your device.
4. Log into your PayMaya account using your new mobile number and existing password.

NOTE: The new mobile number should not have previously registered in PayMaya.
