Hello! Based on the information you provided, it seems like you are experiencing a battery percentage glitch on your LG V60. While it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause without further information, I can provide you with some possible reasons and potential solutions.

1. Software Issue: Sometimes, battery percentage glitches can be caused by software bugs or glitches. In such cases, a simple reboot can often resolve the issue. Try turning off your phone completely, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This may help recalibrate the battery percentage.

2. Battery Calibration: Over time, the battery percentage displayed on your phone may become inaccurate. To recalibrate your battery, fully charge your phone and then let it drain completely until it shuts down. Repeat this process a couple of times. This can help sync the battery's actual capacity with the displayed percentage.

3. Battery Health: While you mentioned that your battery does not appear to be bloated, it's worth considering that battery health issues could still be at play. Even if the physical appearance seems normal, internal battery components could be failing. In such cases, it's advisable to seek professional help from an authorized service center or contact LG's customer support for further assistance.

4. Third-party Apps: Certain apps or services running in the background could be causing the battery percentage glitch. Try booting your phone into safe mode, which disables all third-party apps. If the battery percentage behaves normally in safe mode, it indicates that one of the apps you installed is causing the issue. You can then uninstall recently installed apps one by one to identify the culprit.

If the issue persists after trying the above solutions, it may be a hardware problem that requires professional assistance. It's best to contact LG support or visit an authorized service center to diagnose and resolve the issue.
