Help Phone battery percentage glitching

Hi baka may makatulong dito yung phone ko kasi bigla nlng nag jump yung percentage from 70-89% tas minsan na stuck nlng sya don. Ano kaya problema? D nmn bloated yung battery. Im Using lg V60.
