Mga master patulong kung alam nyo ano solution dito.
May new build ako pc. Ryzen 5600g, 2x8gb 3200mnz patriot signature line, msi a320 pro. Ang problem ayaw nya mag boot pag naka insert sa isang slot ang ram. Both rams are working. Isang slot lang gumagana. Pag nilagyan ng ram ang isang slot ayaw na. Di naman siguro sira slot kasi detected pag may nka salpak. Ano kaya possible na problem and solution dito. Thanks

Hello! Based on the issue you described, it seems like there might be a problem with the motherboard or the RAM slots. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to identify and potentially solve the issue:

1. Update BIOS: Make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date. Sometimes, BIOS updates can improve compatibility with RAM modules and fix issues related to RAM detection.

2. Check RAM Compatibility: Verify that the Patriot Signature Line RAM modules you have are officially supported by the MSI A320 Pro motherboard. You can check the motherboard's manual or the manufacturer's website for a list of compatible RAM modules.

3. Test Individual RAM Modules: Try testing each RAM module individually in both RAM slots to see if they are detected and the system boots up. This will help you identify if one of the RAM modules is faulty.

4. Clear CMOS: Reset the CMOS by either using the clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard or by removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes. This can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.

5. Inspect RAM Slots: Carefully inspect both RAM slots for any physical damage or debris that might be causing connectivity issues. Clean the RAM slots with compressed air if needed.

6. Swap RAM Slots: If one RAM slot is consistently causing issues while the other works fine, it's possible that there is a problem with that specific RAM slot. In this case, you may need to contact MSI support for further assistance or consider replacing the motherboard.

7. Check CPU Compatibility: Ensure that the Ryzen 5600G is compatible with the MSI A320 Pro motherboard. In some cases, a BIOS update may be required to support newer CPU models.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to reach out to MSI customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or advise on potential hardware replacements if needed.
