Which is the two of the biggest telecommunications company has a right to rule?

I think those two companies offer the same services but differs in area. In some areas smart's internet service is faster that globe and in some areas globe's internet service is faster than smart so they both have no right to rule each other.

I think Smart have the widest signal coverages and have the fastest internet connection than Globe so Smart for me in my opinion
