So i have this workmate who goes to work and he doesn't drink water like when on duty, he only drink flavored drink or just carbonated drink if not, its like 2 years now thats a habit. So he said that he is acidic when my manager asked him about why does he not take coffee, is acidic a logical reason, also not drinking enough tho

Kaya nga diba mahalaga parin mag tubig kahit nasa work ka at nagpapawis, wag palagi dumepende sa mga energy or flavored drinks para sa "lakas" para bumawi sa work, pede naman gawin short term solution mga eto pero mas lamang parin dapat ang tubig.
