The street sweeper showed up at the PCSO office on June 21 to claim her P103,269,281 prize.
She guessed the winning combination 10-12-02-27-03-18 for the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw on June 17.
The new millionaire said she got the winning numbers from her brother.
She said she has been working as a street sweeper for 25 years now. Her husband does not have a permanent job.
“This is a blessing from God,” she said in Filipino.
The winner said she sometimes spent up to P400 a day to bet on lotto games.
“Sa hirap ng buhay namin, nangangarap akong manalo kaya ganito ako kalaki tumaya. Umaasa po ako sa tuwing tataya na mananalo ako,” she said.
The winner said she plans to divide a portion of her winnings among her four children, help her brother, buy a house and give charity to the Church.
The PCSO said a 29-year-old farmer in Quezon won the Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot in May.
He guessed the winning combination 20-22-09-54-06-19, which carried a total prize of P100,064,568. He bet on the lottery using the lucky pick system.
