Closed Trying to learn about accessing free internet on android phones

hey i am from jamaica,,,and a lot of people in my country as been useing apps like ,,apk custom,,http injector,,,and kpn tunnel rev to access free internet on there phones,,,,these apps however as to have a config file to import for it to work,,so i was wondering does anyone on here as specific details on how to make these config files,,,any help will be appreciated...thank you
