INTRODUCTION - As due to the rapid rise in the Covid 19 cases the people are increasing aware of the required safety measures and are taking extra precaution to keep themselves safe from such deadly virus for which they take extra care at every step they take for which in order to keep working in such scenario our cafe need to take extra safety precaution as it is demanded by the present situation of covid pandemic in which we must includes regular cleaning of the cafe including all it items keeping in mind social distancing factor we need to setup such arrangement and proper sanitization is mandatory required as these are the thing which people notice now-a-days to places whereever they visit.

CHALLENGE - In order to maintain such healthy and safe environment our staff and the assigned team will face several challenges which may includes the following-

  • Firstly training staff to take safety measure first for themselves so that firstly they remain safe while taking care of the safety of the cafe and its visitors.
  • Extra staff is required in order to maintain such deep cleaning during the present time of covid when people are avoiding such work.
  • Maintaining such hygiene on regular bases will incur some extra expenditure for the cafe than their usual expenditure and during covid time its a challenge for the cafe to manage such extra expenses.
SOLUTION - The solution for the above mentioned challenges will be as follows-

  • Provide them with the mandatory training in which they are taught how to take such safety measures and maintaing such safety and clean environment on the regular basis.
  • Hiring staff by attracting them with some extra incentives for their work and also on performance based bonus this will turn out to motivate the present staff and also bringing up with the required hard working staff in order to meet the said challenge.
  • As by maintaining such hygienic environment the cafe will attract more visitors which in turn leads to extra earning of the cafe then their usual earning will help in dealing with such problem.
