Trivia If God doesn't exist, why are there so many people claiming to have seen / heard / felt God? Atheists must be so crazy to not realize this much proof.

Assuming God does not exist in any way, the claims of having seen, heard, and felt God can be explained away as one or more of the following,
  • Hallucinations caused by any number of things from mental illness to a desire so strong your brain invents a sensation to your brain being fooled into experiencing something that isn’t there, as with pareidolia.
  • Lying and pretending to have experienced God when they didn’t out of fear of being ostracized and condemned for not being good enough. That despite their attempts to be a good God fearing Christian/Catholic/etc they had not experienced the Lord and the fear of what that could entail.
  • Lies told by people to create systems of control in order to amass power and wealth
How about you?

Pointless mental calisthenics. It will only cause division among men like how religions formed sects. These are people who have no experience who led their sect for political ambitions.

The problem is ignorance outside experience. Whatever you spit from your mouth is still in the realm of ignorance. Simply because you have no experience, everything is assumptions and mental diarrhea.

Solution = live the experience, do the exercises, do the necessary discipline. It's easy to spit nonsense from the comfort of our devices mocking everyone because we think we are smart when in fact we know nothing from first hand experience. Everything is simulated within our little minds.

Walk the way, practice what the ancients have been practicing that led to the establishment of religious rituals for those who are not ready. If you think you are ready, meditate and start from there.

so atheists must be crazy nga boss?

There is no need to label anybody as crazy as it will only trigger unnecessary hate.

No experience = ignorant
With experience = enlightened

so meron pa din naman palang label, different one nga lang hehe

oh anong say niyo diyan mga ignorants hehe

It's for simplicity and practical purpose.

You can call them anything you want like:

"no experience in spirituality"
"student" and etc.

And now this is the problem with armchair thinkers, everything you say is twisted just to sow hate and anger towards your fellow men.

It's all about themselves acting the devil's advocate. Nothing you say is constructive for them as they will always find fault in your words but the "spirit" or the "essence" of the message is discarded.

That's why I said, this is a pointless mental calisthenics.

The only message: Live the experience. Everything else is mental diarrhea.

There are many examples to make this point but I'll choose this one.

If you want to build muscles to enhance your body because, say, you are say a soldier. There are things that must be done.

Example:
1. You must eat more protein.
2. Warm-up before doing the exercises.
3. Do proper or guided exercises targeting specific muscles or muscle group per session to optimize the result.
4. Avoid unhealthy habits like ******* or eating to much processed foods.
5. And etc. Basically, anything to maximize your time and effort.

So there is no need for this soldier to talk about muscle building all the time, poking other people why are they crazy because they are not building muscles when its the most logical thing to do to strengthen the body or make people argue what's the better form or food, etc.

The soldier do not need to call anybody stupid for not bodybuilding or argue that his body is better than someone else.

Out of gratitude for his wonderful experience because it helped him, he shares them to anybody who wants to better themselves.

The same thing about spirituality and these "god things". If you really want to know and better yourself, there is a method. Something must be done, but not imagining images of light, nor philosophizing until athena nests in your head.

The problem is, if you really want to know. Perhaps people just want to argue and waste time.

ah so anu yung dapat i-experience ng tao to know god things, meron din bang naka list tulad ng pinakitang example?

There are "prescribed" methods to develop yourself but it is still up to you if you can "reach" it..

Real example:
If you want to follow the Yogic tradition in India, what you will do is do yoga everyday. No need to think until a certain level is reached. Whatever you think has no bearing not unless you reach "that" level. Nobody will listen to your nonsense there, not until you are ripe.

allright balik tayo sa god thing, kasi sa pinakitang example na body building it is said it's for those who want it only, that would mean di rin required yung god things? ok lang? hehe

It's very much like studying in high school.

Some students want to graduate as soon as possible, while others just want to pass, and some just want to play around.

Regardless of the level of motivation, everyone, either consciously or subconsciously, recognizes that there is more to life, and moments of self-realization can be experienced at various times throughout our lives.
