anu maganda food na png lose weight ? pang meals ng morning ,lunch at dinner.

naku depende yan sa body type mo e saka sa diet mo. research ka mabuti, then try ka ng mga makikita mo online basta be cautious lang. wag mo biglain at ideprive sarili mo, lalala lang kasi yung sitwasyon. makakahanap ka rin ng proper diet that suits you well. :)

Lemon infused water.
Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoon sa 1 cup 1 hour before going to bed. (others advised to take it 1 hour before every meal pero akin before going to bed lng.
Your diet is the most important thing of all. You can lose weight khit wala exercise basta akma yong intake mo s ADL or Activities of Daily Living mo. 2000 calories is the recommended calories intake ng average person per day. You have to take lesser calories if sedentary lifestyle mo. As in yong wala ginagawa puro upo upo at unti lng lakad.
I'm originally 84kg but now I'm 74kg following this meal plan.
I removed rice in my diet. I know it's difficult pero if gusto mo tlga kakayanin mo. You can resort to brownrice if want mo.
You must cook your own food.
I resorted to boiled saba (mas ok raw if hnd boiled) and carrots and kamote yon source ko ng carbo healthier, nakkabusog pero lesser yong calories at mtagal gutomin.
Also add eggs sa diet mo 2 or 3 eggs a day is ok. Do your research, yong yolk has good cholesterol so you don't have to worry about it. Drink plenty of water. Walk as much as you can. Hope you find this helpful.
 
I prefer no rice any kind of rice white, pink, brown even rainbow color rice. More eggs and meat lang talaga. Water tapos konting exercise
