Very effective po ito.
ako po advanced IF (Interminent Fasting) yung ginagawa ko.
OMAD (One Meal A Day)

Do not try kung hindi nag basa maigi. Alamin ang consequences.
Bale 12noon to 1pm lang po yung eating time ko nung full effort yung pag-lolose weight ko.

Also, excercising while on fasting state will help you lose weight faster.
Metabolism is boosted
