Pwede mong gamitin as diversion yung tutukan mo yung bagay na mahalaga for you, para makalimutan mo yung pagkamiss mo sa kanya.

Halimbawa, sa work... Do your best na tutukan yung tasks mo; use it as an escape para di mo maalala na namimiss mo sya, use that "pagkamiss" as fuel. That way, nakalimot ka na kahit papaano, dagdag productivity pa. Or kung crafter ka, gumawa ka ng gumawa ng projects.

Unhealthy nga lang 'to kapag napasobra kasi baka malimutan mo kumain or magpahinga.
