paki reset ng bios settings mo by just removing the battery for 1 minute, then try mo sire ibalik at itest ulit , try mo kung makakaaccess ka sa bios at tingnan mo yung pc health status na dun kasi ang voltage, temp atbp, baka kasi corrupted ang bios at mali settings ng bios mo or may problema sa voltage or motherboard na ang may problema....try mo din magchange ng ibang working powersupply baka kasi nasa psu rin....kapag ganun pa din sa ibang powersuplly eh maaring sa board na yan maaring yung piyensa like resistor or ibang piyes may problema...

baka may shortcircuit sa loob ng usb port mo boss tignan mo uli baka na bend ang usb pin sa motherboard. kung meyron man ayusin mo lang then gawin mo advice ni kyoshiro151.
if problem still persist please do a voltage check sa PSU mo baka lampas 5v ang output ng PSU mo.

Do the suggestions above. This is a serious problem because it may fry your motherboard rendering it useless and dead, it may also destroy neighboring devices/peripherals in the worst case scenario and very costly for replacements.

Note: It will cause irreparable damage if you dont handle it well. Google "USB killer' for more information.
