Nakakainis kasi yung PLDT Customer Service eh, tinanong ko sila nung June 1 kung makakasali ba kami sa new speed plan na 35mbps dahil same plan lang rin naman, and we've only applied and approved on may 10. They told me oo daw. Pero maraming beses kong tinanong sa ibang customer services nila, and I get different responses. Sabi nila only for new subscribers lang raw yun, so after the speedboost daw, we'll return to our subscribed plan raw (which is Unli Fibr 1699 with no speed indication on their contract) but here's the thing, walang nakalagay sa contract nila na yung speed nila is only for new subscribers or anything in regard that yung speed ng plan mo is set nayan kahit magiba pa sila ng plan speed. Nakaklito nga kasi iba iba rin ang sagot saken ng PLDT, for the last time, I asked PLDTBilling(which is for me the most responsive and helpful na customer service nila regarding about bills, account email address change and account number change.) in which they say, we'll experience some changes on our speed, and they'll just notify me when the speed has changed. It doesn't really say anything about confirming na maging 35mbps na yung plan namin, nor deny it, they just said, there's going to be changes on our speed lang. Nakakalito nga eh. Pero okay lang naman kasi unlimited naman eitherway.
