Closed Video Card Help Please

I have a Pc which uses a Ddr2 motherboard. Can I use a ddr3 video card on this type of motherboard? Thanks!

Appreciated man. I already checked my motherboard's brand and model, saw a manual of the model at internet and it is PCIe supported.
