Based on the screenshot provided by PHC_Jihyo, it seems that Converge is implementing a prevention measure for Republic Act No. 9775.

Negative po. Kahit ilagay sa router mismo di pa rin maaccess ang site.
Dati nagana dns sa mga blocked ****sytes ngayon ayaw na din.

Tama sabe ko mga pati pronsite na blocked dns lang noon ngayon ayaw na.
Yung dns only lang thru 1.1.1.1 app gumagana pero pag router at sa phone sinetup negative talaga.
So ok din yung dns only sa app since di nya babaguhin ip mo.
