Hello! It seems like there is an issue with one of your RAM sticks not being detected by your PC. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and solve the problem:

1. Check the RAM slots: Ensure that both RAM sticks are properly seated in their respective slots. Sometimes, reseating the RAM sticks can help establish a proper connection.

2. Swap the RAM sticks: Try swapping the positions of the two RAM sticks in the slots. This can help determine if the issue is with the RAM stick itself or the motherboard slot.

3. Test each RAM stick individually: Remove one RAM stick and boot your PC with only one stick installed. Repeat this process with the other stick. This can help identify if one of the RAM sticks is faulty.

4. Update BIOS: Make sure your motherboard's BIOS is up to date. Sometimes, BIOS updates can improve compatibility with RAM modules.

5. Check for RAM compatibility: Verify that your motherboard supports the type and capacity of RAM you are using. Refer to your motherboard's manual for the compatible RAM configurations.

6. Run a memory diagnostic test: Use Windows Memory Diagnostic tool or third-party software like MemTest86 to check for any errors in your RAM modules.

7. Check for physical damage: Inspect the RAM sticks for any physical damage like bent pins or *****s. Damage to the RAM module can prevent it from being detected.

8. Reset CMOS: Resetting the CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor) settings on your motherboard can sometimes resolve hardware detection issues.

If after trying these steps the issue persists, it is possible that one of your RAM sticks may be faulty and may need to be replaced. If your RAM is under warranty, you may consider contacting the manufacturer for a replacement.
